Caroline Högberg

Caroline Högberg has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Caroline is currently working as the Global HR Director & HRBP for IAMS at ASSA ABLOY Group since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director and Head of HR GTT at ASSA ABLOY Group from May 2022 to November 2023.

Caroline also has experience working at HID Global, where they held the position of Global HR Director and HRBP for IAMS from November 2023 onwards. Caroline has previously worked at Transcom as an HR Business Partner Corporate from November 2020 to May 2022.

Caroline has also worked as an HR Consultant and was the Owner & Founder of CH People Advisory/ Phog Advisory AB from October 2018 to November 2020. Apart from consultancy contracts, they also contributed to an HR due diligence project for a company in the IT & Tech Industry and an advisory project for a technology start-up designing an HR setup and connected People Processes.

Before that, Caroline worked as an HRBP Contractor at PayEx and Swedbank Pay from January 2020 to October 2020. Caroline also served as an HR Business Partner Nordics (interim) at NTT Ltd. from January 2019 to January 2020.

Caroline's earlier experiences include roles at Nordea as the Head of Talent Acquisition Nordea Sweden from May 2017 to September 2018, Talent Acquisition Manager from May 2016 to May 2017, and HR Business Partner from September 2014 to May 2016.

Caroline started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at NAV Recruitment, LLC from November 2013 to June 2014 and also volunteered as a Career Counselor at ParentJobNet, Inc. from April 2012 to May 2013.

Caroline Högberg holds a Master of Science degree in International Business and French, with a specialization in Financial Economics, from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, which they obtained in 1998. In 2008, they received professional training in Compensation & Benefits from HRS. Caroline also participated in a study abroad exchange semester at the École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM, where they studied a finance curriculum taught in French. Furthermore, they took part in a study abroad program, High School Exchange Studies, at The Orme School in Arizona, USA, during the academic year 1990-1991. Lastly, Caroline obtained their Studentexamen degree in the Naturvetenskaplig linje from Spyken in Lund, Sweden in 1993. Caroline has additional certifications in Agile Talent (ICP-TAL) and Agile HR (ICP-AHR) obtained in 2018 from ICAgile.
