Head Baker at Hidden House Coffee

Geneva Stone has a diverse work experience in the field of baking and pastry. Geneva started their career in 2012 as a Baking and Pastry Chef Intern at The SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills. Geneva then worked as a Sales Associate at Olivier Napa Valley Inc and later as a Cake Decorator at Gelsons Markets in 2013. In 2014, they joined SusieCakes Bakeries as a Pastry Chef and Cake Decorator and was later promoted to Assistant Head Baker. In 2015, they moved to Zov's Bistro as a Bakery Lead Production Manager. In 2017, they joined Hidden House Coffee as the Head Baker. Since 2013, Geneva has also been running their own business, Geneva Stone Cakes, as the Owner and Cake Decorator.

Geneva Stone received their AOS in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification in January 2011 and the T.I.P.S Certification in June 2013.
