Bao Lam

Bao Lam has a diverse work experience, starting from 2012 as a Law Clerk at White Law PLLC. In 2013, they became a Corporate Recruiter at BigMachines, Inc. and later joined Riot Games as a Technical Recruiter. At Riot Games, Bao established gameplay analysis and testing processes and managed long-term roadmaps for the Product Management team. In 2015, Bao co-founded Team Elemental and led the creation of an esports team, as well as the product development of their e-commerce website. Bao then joined Riot Games again in 2016, this time in a Product Management role, where they contributed to strategic planning and forecasting. Bao also had roles at Korro Inc. as a Co-founder and COO, Noiz as a COO and Director of Product & Operations, and PUBG Corporation as a Product Manager. Currently, they are the Founder & President of Hidden Leaf Games, a position they have held since October 2019.
