Dariush Franczak is an experienced professional with a strong background in innovation and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Geschäftsführer at TechNow since May 2023, Dariush specializes in tailored AI solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. As CEO and Co-Founder of Hidden Smiles since January 2022, Dariush focuses on scaling company culture within a distributed workforce.
