David Sinclair

David Sinclair is the managing principal of HIDI Toronto. David has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and has been with HIDI since 2006. Prior to joining HIDI, David was an associate at Crossey Engineering Ltd.

David Sinclair has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western University. David is a Building Commissioning Professional Certification (BCxP) from ASHRAE, a Consulting Engineer from Professional Engineers Ontario, and a LEED Accredited Professional from the Canada Green Building Council - CaGBC. David is also a P.Eng from Professional Engineers Ontario.

They work with Frankie Tarascio - Associate, Oga Orlic - Corporate Accounting Manager, Associate, and Jason Prolas - Associate. Their manager is Andrew Hidi, Chief Executive Officer.
