Brooke Lamb

Brooke Lamb is currently an HR Business Partner at High Alpha. Prior to that, they served as an HR Generalist at Advanced Agrilytics from May 2021 to April 2022. In that role, they were responsible for benefits administration and management of relations with vendors and benefits consulting team, onboarding and offboarding implementation, management, and execution, administrator for HR systems including Jobvite, Rippling, and Trakstar, champion performance review process for a continuous feedback experience, counseling hiring managers on performance plans and terminations, managing compliance for multiple states including labor laws, forms, and policies, partnering with training and recruiting to strategize the hiring and onboarding process, and serving on leadership team to plan and align on company objectives.

Before their time at Advanced Agrilytics, Brooke Lamb was an Implementation Manager at Jobvite from July 2018 to May 2021. In that role, they were responsible for leading a team of 4-6 consultants in the successful implementation of Jobvite’s software products. This included developing project plans, managing risks and issues, maintaining communication with customers and executive sponsors, overseeing change management activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prior to their time at Jobvite, Brooke Lamb was a Consulting Operations Manager at Appirio from March 2015 to June 2018. In that role, they managed a team of 10-15 consultants who delivered technical solutions to enterprise clients. Brooke was responsible for resource utilization and project profitability, developing long-term relationships with clients, leading the proposal process for new business opportunities, conducting performance reviews for direct reports, and mentoring junior staff.

Brooke Lamb attended Ball State University, where they earned a BS in Organizational Communication. Brooke is certified as a Body Pump Instructor and Jobvite Hire Certified Expert - Administrator from Les Mills US (LMUS), and as a Medallia Certified Professional and Salesforce Admin 201 from Medallia. Brooke is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI.
