Phil Berardi Cscp

Phil Berardi, CSCP, currently serves as the Director of Purchasing at High Concrete Group, a role held since October 2019 which follows previous positions within the company including Purchasing Manager and Supply Chain Specialist. Prior to this, Phil worked at SS Industries as Supply Chain Manager, Senior Buyer, and Buyer from February 2017 to October 2019. Phil’s experience also includes a role as Purchasing Manager at Universal Concrete Products, where responsibilities involved overseeing the Purchasing and Receiving/Inventory teams. Additionally, Phil was the General Manager at Fastenal Company from December 2011 to July 2016, complemented by experience as an Outside Sales Representative. Education was completed at Penn State University.
