Graham Schave is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles in the food industry. Since July 2016, Graham has served as the Director of Culinary Innovation and Corporate Executive Chef at High Liner Foods, where contributions include overseeing culinary development. Prior to this, Graham operated as Chef/Owner at Your Gourmet Personal Chef + Private Catering from December 2012 to July 2016 and held several prominent chef positions, including Executive Sous Chef at Morels and Executive Chef roles at Coda Bar + Kitchen and Bon Savor. Early career experience includes serving as a Pastry Chef at Eastern Standard Kitchen + Drinks. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Granite State College and attended Berklee College of Music from 2001 to 2004.
