Simon Briscoe has a diverse work experience across various industries. Simon began their career at Jordan Grand Prix as a Vehicle Dynamicist in 2000 for a brief period. Simon then joined Ford Motor Company as an Airpath Calibration Engineer from November 2000 until June 2006. Later, they worked as a Performance Analyst at the Royal Yachting Association from July 2006 to March 2013. From March 2013 onwards, they held multiple roles at High Performance Sport New Zealand, including Lead Performance Analyst in Sailing, Head of Performance and Technique Analysis, and currently serves as the Head of Innovation.
Simon Briscoe attended Colchester Royal Grammar School from 1990 to 1996. Following their secondary education, they then pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Southampton from 1996 to 2000.
