Dennis Quelch

Dennis Quelch serves as the President of High Rez Consulting Inc. since January 2001, where responsibilities include developing user interfaces and visualization tools for tactical and training systems while focusing on business development and team management. Previously, Dennis held the position of Software Engineer at Anteon Corp from January 1998 to December 2000 and at Integrated Performance Decisions from September 1995 to December 1997. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Maine and a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems Science from Salve Regina University.
