Derek Gollnitz, CFA has had a diverse work experience, starting their career in 2011 as an Analyst in Secondary Investments at Hamilton Lane. Derek then moved on to work at Aramar Capital Group, LLC as an Analyst and later as an Associate from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Corporate Partners as an Associate and was later promoted to Senior Associate. Simultaneously, they served as a Board Member at Mapleton Communications.

In 2019, they joined High Street Capital as a Senior Associate, and in 2020, they were promoted to Vice President. Since 2021, Derek has held various Board Member positions at Tramec, Southern Design Concrete, Knight Material Technologies, and Claims Recovery Financial Services, LLC. In 2023, they will start working as a Board Member at Pinnacle Contracting Services. Throughout their career, Derek Gollnitz, CFA has showcased their expertise and versatility in finance and investments.

Derek Gollnitz, CFA, began their education at Cranbrook Schools, where they earned their High School Diploma from 1999 to 2006. Following this, they attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics with a minor in Hispanic Studies. During the same period, they also attended The Wharton School, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Economics and a concentration in Statistics.

In terms of certifications, Derek obtained their Series 7 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in April 2011. Derek also earned their Series 86 and Series 87 certifications from FINRA in May 2011. In 2015, Derek became a CFA Charterholder after completing the necessary requirements set by the CFA Institute. Lastly, they obtained their Series 63 certification from FINRA in March 2016, followed by their Series 79 certification from FINRA in February 2016.
