Daniel Stevens

Based in the UK, Danny Stevens is veteran in the global expansion solutions space, initially specializing in the areas of onboarding and implementation, as well as program and project management, focused especially on large global payroll transitions. He has been responsible for leading several hundred client implementations, including in support of numerous Fortune 500 clients, and is familiar with having to handle the fast paced complexities these companies confront when operating across borders. As a leader, Danny is focused on client satisfaction and ensuring a seamless transition dealing with what is, generally, a complex and stressful landscape for a businesses during this phase.

Leading high performing Program and Project Management departments in the financial services industry for a decade, Danny has extensive experience ensuring the effective and efficient operation of implementation teams to produce best in class outcomes for clients, based largely on the five principles of LEAN continuous improvement through which he was trained.

Danny began the global expansion part of his career upon joining ADP in 2013, based in Barcelona. His roles at ADP included Senior Project Manager, Major Accounts, and in 2016 he was named Manager, Implementation Projects for their international business (ADP Streamline). From there, Danny moved to TMF Group in 2018, ultimately becoming its Global Head of Implementation. In 2021 he joined the founding team of HSP Group, and in 2022 he was promoted to its Executive Committee, as VP and Head of Implementation & Consulting Solutions. In this role, Danny is responsible for HSPs Global People Solutions and Global Entity Solutions service lines, which are both delivered to customers by the team of world class subject matter experts who make up the Technical Consulting, Implementation, and Project Management teams.

Danny is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), earning this internationally recognized professional designation offered by the Project Management Institute in 2016.
