William J. Bolla, Esq. is a seasoned attorney and Special Counsel at High Swartz LLP since April 2016, representing various zoning hearing boards in multiple townships and boroughs in Bucks County, and serving as a hearing officer and special solicitor in land use litigation. As a founding partner of McNamara, Bolla & Panzer PC from 1976 to April 2016, Bolla specialized in real estate law, zoning, and land use, providing legal counsel to municipal boards and overseeing significant land development projects. Bolla also held the position of President of the Bucks County Bar Association from 1996 to 1997, wherein Bolla managed the organization during the construction of its building. Beginning the legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County from 1973 to 1976, Bolla is an alumnus of Penn State Dickinson Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University.
