Diana Harris

Manager, Customer Success at High Touch Technologies

Diana Harris has over 25 years of experience in various industries. Diana began their career in 1992 at Cessna Aircraft Company in Sales and Support. Diana also volunteered at the Wichita River Festival in 1992. From 2000 to 2004, they worked at Raytheon as a Raytheon Six Sigma Expert and Certified Black Belt. During this time, they performed enterprise-level business assessments, identified process improvements, and provided R6S training. In 2004, they moved to Beechcraft as a Program Manager, where they focused on strategic solutions to emerging customer needs. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Bombardier Inc. as a Program Manager. Here, they reported to the Director of Program Management and was responsible for program planning, reporting, visibility, governance, and organization. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at ISG Technology LLC in various roles, including Manager of Offering Lifecycle Management, Manager of Project Management Office, and Project Manager. During this time, they managed and controlled internal/external risk, change management, and complexity. Finally, in 2019, they moved to High Touch Technologies as Manager of Account Management and Custom Software Development, and as Project Manager for IT consulting for Riverfront Stadium.

Diana Harris has a background in Business Administration and Management, General from Newman University, as well as Peer Support from the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators. Diana also has two certifications: Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Sales from ConnectWise, obtained in September 2020, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
