Morgan Kavanagh

Morgan Kavanagh began their work experience in 1998 at Huxley Banking & Financial Services, where they started as a trainee recruiter and eventually became the top biller globally for two consecutive years. They also set up businesses to recruit for Financial Services customers in the UK and Europe. From 2006 to 2016, Morgan worked at SThree where they set up the company's US business from scratch and held the role of Regional VP/EVP for the East Coast and Midwest. This involved developing client and market strategy, managing budgets, leadership development, and overseeing significant client relationships across all brands. In 2017, they transitioned to become the Executive Vice President of SThree USA, responsible for the full P&L of the $300mm revenue staffing business specializing in IT, Engineering, and Life Sciences. Morgan then joined Kavanagh Advisory LLC in 2022 as a consultant. Currently, they are the founder of High Trail, a company that builds bespoke teams of elite specialist technology professionals, providing career support to achieve their goals.

Morgan Kavanagh completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Nottingham, starting in 1993 and finishing in 1997. In 2007, Morgan attended Hult Ashridge for Strategic Leadership, and in 2012, participated in the Business Leaders Program at Henley Business School. No completion date was provided for the latter two programs.
