Layton Welborn

Layton Welborn is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture and technology management. Currently serving as the Owner of W3 Information Services, Inc. and the Director of Software Architecture at High Wire Networks, Layton has previously held senior roles including Senior VP of Technology Management at NextGen Invent Corporation and Vice President of Products and Data Team Lead at Medarcus. Layton's expertise includes overseeing Dynamics SL installations and managing SQL Server databases at 31-W Insulation, as well as consulting on high availability and performance optimization for Oracle and Java systems at HCA. Layton's educational background includes studies at Seminole State College of Florida from 1993 to 1999.
