Inese Podgaiska

Inese Podgaiska serves as the Secretary General of the Association of Nordic Engineers since August 2016, actively contributing to the collaboration among engineering organizations across Nordic countries. In addition, Inese Podgaiska is the owner of Be You Mindful Coaching and serves as a role model for High5Girls and as a mentor for My Job Glasses. Previously, Inese Podgaiska worked with the European Environment Agency, leading projects focused on cooperation with Eastern Partnership countries and environmental data access. Experience also includes head of energy policy at the Baltic Development Forum and diplomatic roles at the Permanent Representation of Latvia to the EU and the Latvian Parliament. Inese Podgaiska holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy from Université Paris Sud and a degree in Political Science from Latvijas Universitate.
