Chrissy Cowan

Chrissy Cowan is currently the Workforce Lead HCSWs at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board and the HCSW Fellowship at NHS England and NHS Improvement. Chrissy also serves as the Health and Social Care Lecturer and Nurse Cadet Programme Lead at Highbury College and was previously the LGBT+ Staff Network Co-chair at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust. Chrissy has a range of degrees in education, healthcare practice, and health and social care.
