William Melillo has a diverse work experience across various industries. William started their career in the US Navy, serving as a Logistics Specialist Chief and later transitioning to roles such as Assistant Supervisor and Work Center Supervisor. In these positions, William demonstrated strong leadership skills, training and managing teams, and ensuring efficient daily operations.
Apart from their military experience, William worked as a Project Planner / Scheduler at BAE Systems and then as a Planner / Scheduler at Aerotek. William also served as a Territory Manager at National Entertainment Network, where they managed multimillion-dollar operations and focused on improving efficiencies.
Following this, William joined Client Solution Architects as a Consultant, providing expert advice to clients. Most recently, they joined Highbury Defense Group as a Project Scheduler.
Throughout their career, William has consistently shown a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks, develop SOPs, and maintain excellent customer service. William is skilled in project management and scheduling, and their experience spans both military and civilian sectors.
William Melillo earned a Master's Degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, with a duration from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA with a concentration in Information Security from the same institution, starting in 2011 and completing it in 2012. In 2007, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Game and Simulation Programming from DeVry University, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, they earned the title of Senior Customs Border Clearance Agent from the US European Command in December 2018. In 2001, they briefly attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology, but the field of study for their "compter sicence" degree is unspecified.
