Rachel Courts is a researcher at the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario (HEQCO) since February 2021, bringing extensive experience in academic research and education. Previous roles include research assistant positions at the University of Toronto Mississauga, where involvement spanned the Institute for the Study of University Pedagogy, the Department of Historical Studies, and the Robert Gillespie Academic Skills Centre. Additionally, Rachel served as a research consultant and project lead at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, and has held various educational roles, including French summer camp teacher. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Policy from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French Language and Literature from the University of Toronto.
