Conor Sibley

Conor Sibley has a diverse and extensive work experience. Conor currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Higher Logic, a role they have been in since 2024. Prior to that, they worked as a Lecturer in New Product Development at UVA Engineering starting in 2023. Conor also served as an Advisor at Fairfax Founders Fund, where they helped start-ups develop their business and secure funding. In addition, they held various roles, such as Member of the Board of Directors, Board Advisor, and Venture Partner at companies like Association Analytics, Insight Guide, and NextGen Venture Partners. Conor's early career includes being a Network Security Engineer at BBN Technologies and an accomplished stint as the Chief Technology Officer at Higher Logic from 2009 to 2020. Conor was recognized for their achievements and leadership as part of the Washington Business Journal's "40 Under 40" in 2019.

Conor Sibley completed an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computer Engineering from the University of Virginia, which they completed from 1999 to 2002.
