Martha Jack

Martha Jack has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Martha'smost recent position was as the Senior Director of Design Services at Higher Logic, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at eConverse Social Media Consulting Inc. for over 13 years, first as the Director and Head Consultant, and later as the Executive Director.

Martha also served as the Board President at Treehaus Collaborative Workspace from May 2012 to February 2014. Martha held the role of Co-Director of Communications at the International Association of Business Communicators, Waterloo from September 2010 to June 2012.

Earlier in their career, Martha was a Graduate Student at London Metropolitan University from September 2008 to February 2010. Martha also gained experience as a Photo Editor Intern at CBC in early 2008, where they were responsible for finding and editing photo content, writing and editing photo cutlines, and moderating user comments.

Before that, Martha worked at Ryerson University as a Teaching Assistant and Academic Link from August 2006 to February 2008. Martha also had a brief stint as a Video Producer at Royal Canin from November 2006 to June 2007.

Martha Jack earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Online Journalism from Ryerson University in 2008. Martha later pursued a Master's degree in Digital Media at London Metropolitan University from 2008 to 2009. In 2016, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Web Accessibility Compliance from the University of South Australia. Martha has also completed additional certifications in Ethics in the Age of Generative AI and Introduction to Prompt Engineering for Generative AI from LinkedIn, both in 2023.
