Stephanie Maenza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Salesforce Consultant at HigherEchelon, Inc., since June 2021, Stephanie has previously held roles such as Junior Business Analyst and Hiring Our Heroes Salesforce Fellow. At the United States Naval Academy, from April 2019 to May 2021, Stephanie excelled as an Admissions Counselor, guiding over 800 applicants through the admissions process while representing the Academy at various events. Prior experience includes significant contributions as a Program Analyst for the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, where strategic workforce shaping was a key focus, and as a Personnel Manager for the US Navy, overseeing a team to manage operations for over 800 personnel.
