Becky Jones

Becky Jones is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Highland Hospital of Rochester NY since October 2015. In this role, Becky collaborates with operational partners to enhance employee engagement and advises on HR policies and practices. Prior to this, Becky held various HR positions at Unity Health System, including Human Resources Business Partner and Physician/APP Recruitment Manager, where responsibilities encompassed physician recruitment, data analysis for recruitment and retention, and leading initiatives for organizational culture.
