Joy Rumsey

Joy Rumsey is an experienced educator currently working as a teacher at HPISD. Previously, Joy Rumsey taught at Irving Independent School District from 1994 to 2004. Joy Rumsey holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational/Instructional Technology from Southern Methodist University, earned between 2007 and 2010, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Education from Baylor University, obtained from 1990 to 1993.
