Brenda Bailey

Brenda Bailey is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the behavioral health sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Highland Springs since June 2022, Brenda previously held the position of Manager of Behavioral Health Services at Signature Health, Inc. from December 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, Brenda was the Director of Clinical Services at ClearVista Health & Wellness from August 2020 to December 2021 and served as Chief Operating Officer at Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine from January 1996 to October 2019. Brenda's academic background includes studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1987 to 1991 and Kent State University from 1991 to 1994.
