Jill Hall

Jill Hall is a seasoned professional in senior services with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Services Manager at Highlands Ranch Metro District since April 2023, Jill also holds the position of Chair for the National Institute of Senior Centers within the National Council on Aging since June 2022. Prior to these roles, Jill served as Chief of Senior Centers and Community Services at Baltimore County Department of Aging from July 2008 to March 2023. Jill's significant contributions to the National Institute of Senior Centers include leadership roles as Chair of the 100 Million Healthier Lives Team and the Best Practices Team from January 2017 to June 2022. Additionally, Jill represented Maryland as a Delegate from March 2008 to March 2014 and worked as Senior Center Supervisor for the City of Rockville from July 1998 to June 2008. Jill holds an MA and BA in Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of Waterloo and is an alumnus of the University of Toronto Schools.
