Senior Software Engineer at HighLevel

Neha Nainsukha started their work experience as an Engineer Intern at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre in 2015. In this role, they conducted harmonic analysis and optimized the placement of a superconducting fault current limiter in a solar power grid using MATLAB simulations.

Neha then joined General Motors in 2016 as an Electrical Analysis Engineer. During their time there, they developed system-level models of electric vehicles for thermal and electrical analysis using SABER-MAST programming language. Neha also evaluated battery thermal management and gained exposure to multinational work culture through a rotational program.

In 2020, Neha worked as a Coding Instructor at Toppr, where they designed course structures and lessons on block-based coding platforms and created personalized learning paths for students to develop coding and problem-solving skills.

Next, they joined Flair Labs in 2021 as an Associate Software Engineer and worked on developing and enhancing an application for real-time call monitoring using the Elixir-based Phoenix framework. Neha also created a dashboard for data analysis based on various metrics.

In 2021, Neha joined EduFund as a Product Engineer. In this role, they worked on a React Native mobile app, created architecture, and developed APIs using Node Js and Mongo-DB.

Currently, Neha is employed as a Senior Software Engineer at HighLevel, starting in 2022. No end date has been provided for their role at this company.

Neha Nainsukha completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. Neha attended this institute from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they completed their Senior Secondary education with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science at Birla Balika Vidyapeeth in Pilani. Additionally, Neha obtained a certification in Python from TestDome in June 2020.
