Cameron Phillips serves as the Director of Product & Experience at Highmark Health since June 2015, leading strategy for the My Highmark mobile app and Beneficity health navigation solution. Cameron has a proven track record in digital product management and workforce analytics, having significantly expanded the People Analytics function and driven financial outcomes for a $250M business unit. Prior to Highmark Health, Cameron developed a diverse skill set through the Operations Management Leadership Program at CJ Logistics. Education includes a B.S. in Business & Economics from Lehigh University and an ongoing MBA at the University of North Dakota.
