Carl Daley

Carl Daley serves as Chief Financial Officer at Highmark Health since September 2023, where responsibilities include leading the finance strategy aligned with the organization's long-term strategic goals. Previously, Carl held multiple senior leadership positions at Humana from September 2011 to September 2023, including Senior Vice President of Retail Strategy and Operations, Senior Vice President and Insurance CFO, and Enterprise Vice President and Chief Audit Officer. Earlier in Carl's career, experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers spanned over a decade in various audit roles, culminating as Director of Finance for Senior Products. Carl attained a Master’s Degree in Sports Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
