Jamie Johnson

Jamie Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in knowledge strategy, instructional design, and training coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Knowledge Strategy Analyst at Highmark Health since August 2013, Jamie has held multiple roles within the organization, including Change Specialist and Instructional Designer. Prior experience includes working as a Patient Case Coordinator at TheraCom/Lash Group from September 2012 to August 2013 and as a Substitute Teacher for East Allegheny School District between January 2011 and September 2012. Jamie holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary English Education from Point Park University, complemented by a high school diploma from Serra Catholic High School.
