Stephanie Smith

Stephanie Smith has over a decade of experience in various roles related to health and legal services. Currently serving as a Senior Investigator at Highmark Health since October 2016, Stephanie has also held positions as a Fraud Analyst and Medical Review Representative. Prior to this, Stephanie worked at Apria Healthcare from July 2012 to October 2016, where duties included serving as a Revenue Qualification Representative and contributing to the "Advanced Beneficiary Notice of Non-Coverage" team. Earlier experience includes an internship at McCarthy, Martone & Peasley, a family law office, where responsibilities involved client communication, drafting legal documents, and assisting attorneys. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Legal Studies Certificate from Gannon University, earned in 2012.
