Ariel Foard

Ariel Foard has a diverse work experience in property management. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Property Manager at Community Housing Partnership until January 2019. ariel then joined STM Management in 2020 where they held the position of Property Manager and Tax Credit Compliance Manager. In 2022, Ariel joined Highmark Residential as a Community Director, and in 2023, they moved on to Preservation Management, Inc., still in the role of Community Director.

Ariel Foard's education history includes a Certification in COS Certification Occupancy Specialist from the National Center for Housing Management in 2023. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University. Ariel Foard also attended ITT Technical Institute from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Masters degree in Criminal Justice/Forensic Science.
