Brannan Givens

Brannan Givens has a diverse work experience in the field of property management and operations. Starting in 2003, they worked at Western Carolina University as an Assistant Director of Operations, where they were responsible for various tasks such as training and supervising staff, coordinating programs, and providing technical support. In 2005, they joined Altman Management Company as an Assistant Property Manager, where they handled rental checks, collaborated with collection agencies, and managed fiscal budgets. From 2013 to 2015, Brannan worked at Westdale Asset Management as an Assistant Community Manager, focusing on maintaining accurate ledger records, resolving discrepancies, and implementing plans to minimize delinquent accounts. Brannan then joined Northwood Ravin as a Community Manager from 2015 to 2020, where they continued their responsibilities as an Assistant Community Manager and also supervised leasing agents, filed eviction papers, and collaborated with the property manager in day-to-day operations. Brannan later joined Cortland in 2020 as a Community Manager before transitioning to their current role as a Community Director at Highmark Residential in 2022.

Brannan Givens attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts.
