Erica Bernard

Erica Bernard has held multiple roles throughout their work experience. Erica began their career in 2013 as a VIP Concierge Assistant at 305 Degrees and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined MINT Impeccable Lifestyle & Travel as a Luxury Concierge Assistant, and later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Manager in 2018. Erica started working at Highmark Residential in 2020 as an Assistant Community Director.

Erica Bernard obtained a Certification in Human Resources Management and Services from Florida International University in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies from the same university from 2015 to 2017.
