Karen Spaid

Karen Spaid has extensive work experience in property management. Karen started their career as a Property Manager, CAM at Berkshire Communities in 1994 and stayed with the company until 2016. Karen then joined KETTLER as a Property Manager, CAM from September 2016 to March 2017. After that, they worked at Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors, Inc. as a Property Manager, CAM from April 2017 to May 2020. From May 2020 to January 2023, they were a Property Manager, CAM at Cushman & Wakefield. Currently, they are working at Highmark Residential as a Community Director, starting in September 2022.
