Jon Smiley

Jon Smiley has a robust background in program management and information security, currently serving as a Manager at Highmark Health since April 2012. Over the years, Jon has held various roles at Highmark Health, including Senior Program Manager, Program Manager, Business Information Security Analyst, and Capability Manager. Prior to this, Jon worked as a Computer Operator/Help Desk Technician at First Commonwealth Bank from March 2009 to October 2010. Jon holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education and Communications Technology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2011, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, earned in 2005.
