Kelly Thomas

Kelly Thomas currently serves as the Director of Corporate Real Estate Services at Highmark Health, a position held since February 2016. In addition to this role, Kelly is actively involved with the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania as part of the Women’s Leadership Council and serves on the First Night Advisory Board for The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. Prior experience includes the role of Corporate Real Estate RM Director at EDMC, where oversight of a 50-location student housing portfolio and transaction management for 13 Art Institutes in the NE Region was accomplished. Prior to EDMC, Kelly held the position of VP of CRM for Private Wealth Management at BNY Mellon, managing a substantial real estate portfolio and leading corporate strategies for multiple locations. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2006.
