Archana Babu is an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner currently working at NewRocket since October 2022, specializing in HR business partnering, talent management, talent retention, performance management, and enhancing employee experience across India and EMEA. Prior to this role, Archana served as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Agilisium Consulting from November 2021 to September 2022, and held various HR positions including Analyst at Altimetrik and Senior Executive at Securra. With a strong foundation in HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, and banking operations, Archana has also earned an MBA in HR and Finance from Thiagarajar School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Madura College. Additionally, Archana has pursued Company Secretaryship studies, further strengthening expertise in corporate law and management.
