Jason Fox

Jason Fox is an accomplished professional in the fields of development and construction management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Development at HighSide Companies since February 2024, Jason previously held the position of Director of Design and Construction at Golub & Company from July 2022 to February 2024, focusing on multi-family and mixed-use development. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager at Miracorp, overseeing nationwide design and construction programs for federal agencies, and Program Manager at Hill International for the GSA Special Programs Division. Jason also served as Vice President of Construction at JDD, Inc. and Senior Development Manager at The Stratford Companies, where major projects included large-scale senior living developments and mixed-use sites. Jason holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University, completed in 2002.
