Michael Higgs

Michael Higgs is an experienced technology operations professional currently serving as the Director of Technology Operations at Highstreet Insurance Partners since April 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at Acrisure as a Data Center Operations Engineer, and at RapidRepair.com and The Computer Guild as a Repair Technician and Computer Repair Technician respectively. Michael began their career as a Facilities Engineering Intern at Perrigo and gained initial experience as a Website Manager at Western Michigan University. Additionally, Michael completed a Computer Science internship at Van Andel Institute. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management Technology from Western Michigan University, obtained in 2013.
