Randy Gast

Randy Gast is an experienced technology operations manager with a strong background in information technology support and service management. Currently serving as Manager of Technology Operations at High Street Insurance Partners, Inc. since January 2022, Randy previously supervised IT Service Desk personnel at MedData and played a key role in optimizing help desk performance. Randy's extensive experience includes self-employment as an IT Support Specialist, service desk roles at Walmart, and technical positions at iMPact Business Group. Randy's career began at Amway, culminating in the role of Information Technology Manager. Randy holds a Master's Degree in Management of Information Systems from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Western Michigan University.
