Melissa Anderson Duffy, AIF®, has over 25 years of experience in the field of wealth management. Melissa Anderson began their career with Fidelity Investments in 1995 as a Customer Service Representative. Melissa Anderson then worked at State Street Research as a National Key Account Manager from 1997 to 1999. Melissa Anderson later joined Charles Schwab as a Client Services representative from 1999 to 2000. In 2001, they became the Director of Marketing in the Broker/Dealer Channel at Rydex Investments. From 2002 to 2007, they served as Vice President of Investments at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. and then as a Senior Vice President of Investments at Wachovia Securities from 2007 to 2008. Melissa also has experience as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner at Duffy Anderson Investment Management from 2008 to 2015. Currently, they are a Managing Director and Partner at Hightower Advisors, where they advise clients on achieving their financial goals. Melissa Anderson'skey responsibilities include setting quantifiable goals and prioritizing clients' financial needs.

Melissa Anderson Duffy, AIF® pursued their education in a chronological order with different institutions. Melissa Anderson attended Miami University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Williston Northampton School from 1988 to 1991. Melissa also attended North Yarmouth Academy from 1986 to 1988. Melissa Anderson Duffy later obtained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary certification from Fi360 (now Broadridge) in November 2021.
