Melissa Anderson attended Miami University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Williston Northampton School from 1988 to 1991. Melissa also attended North Yarmouth Academy from 1986 to 1988. Melissa Anderson Duffy later obtained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary certification from Fi360 (now Broadridge) in November 2021.
