Kristy W.

Kristy W. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Kristy is currently working as the Director of Integrations at Hightower Advisors, where they serve as the primary relationship manager for onboarding newly acquired RIA firms nationwide. In this role, they collaborate with Hightower SMEs to analyze input and ensure smooth transitions.

Prior to their current position, Kristy served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Scout Services from 2015 to 2022. At Scout Services, they expedited commercial construction building permits by providing expert project managers and streamlining documentation processes.

Before Scout Services, Kristy worked at Colonial Life as a Sales and Marketing Associate from 2013 to 2015. In this role, they played a vital role in supporting a sales force of 120 representatives and managers. Kristy was responsible for developing and implementing annual business plans, resulting in significant growth in sales.

Additional experience includes serving on the 25th Anniversary Marketing Committee at Wellness House in 2015, working as a Project Manager at Wolfbone Marketing from 2011 to 2012, and owning and managing Kristy White Photography from 2008 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, Kristy worked as an Operations Manager at Tier One Partners from 2006 to 2008, an Account Executive at MullenLowe U.S. from 1996 to 1998, an Assistant Account Executive at Ingalls Advertising from 1995 to 1997, and an Assistant Account Executive at The Martin Agency from 1992 to 1994.
