Tracy Donofry

Tracy Donofry is a seasoned marketing and creative professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President and Executive Creative Director at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals since April 2022, Tracy also holds the position of Chief Creative Officer, Chief Creative Strategist, and Partner at Highwater since May 2019. Previously, Tracy was the Executive Creative Director at 160over90 from March 2015 to May 2019 and served as a Board Member for the 4A's from 2008 to February 2017. Tracy's creative journey began at Star Group as Chief Creative Strategist and Managing Partner, a role held from March 1989 to March 2015, and included experience as Senior Art Director at Weightman Advertising from July 1983 to March 1989. Tracy holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Design from the Philadelphia College of Art.
