Joe's experience includes roles as a Customer Account Specialist at 1-800Accountant, a Senior Account Manager at Gourmondo Catering specializing in major accounts, and a Partner & Affiliate Coordinator at Trupanion, where responsibilities included managing partner relationships and a loyalty program. Joe began a career in marketing at Trupanion Pet Insurance before transitioning into various client-focused roles.
