Heather Dalsimer has a diverse work experience starting from 2002. Heather began their career as a Legislative Assistant at the National Wildlife Refuge Association. Heather then worked as an Associate Merchant at J.Crew, focusing on Direct Merchandising for Non-Apparel. Following this, they joined Coach as a Buyer, responsible for Women's Handbags. Heather then transitioned to Saks Fifth Avenue as an E-Commerce Merchandise Manager, overseeing Jewelry & Beauty. Continuing their career, Heather worked at Total Wine & More as the Corporate National Buyer for the Beer Division. Subsequently, they joined SABMiller as a Chain Account Executive. Heather then joined Craft Brew Alliance, where they served as the Division Sales Manager. More recently, Heather worked at Compass as a Realtor for DC, MD, and VA. Heather'smost recent position was at Highway, where they held the role of Director of Sales Engineering starting in November 2022.

Heather Dalsimer Magazine completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Biology at Dickinson College from 1998 to 2002. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended the Fashion Institute of Technology and pursued a field of study in Fashion Merchandising Management, completing their education in 2004. Later on, from 2013 to 2016, they obtained a Master's degree from Georgetown University. In terms of certifications, Heather obtained a Military Relocation Professional certification from the National Association of REALTORS® in 2019. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Cicerone - Beer Server, acquired through the Cicerone Certification Program, although the specific year they obtained it is unknown.
