Thomas Bumpass

Thomas Bumpass is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Highway since October 2023. Previously, Thomas held the same position at Dynamic Access, a leading provider of vascular access services, from June 2021 to October 2023. Thomas's extensive experience in finance includes roles as VP of Finance & Operations at TractManager, Inc., where responsibilities spanned numerous operating companies in healthcare. Thomas has demonstrated strong leadership in directing accounting operations amid acquisitions, and as Corporate Controller, contributed to the acquisition of multiple companies. Earlier career positions included Controller and Senior Financial Analyst at MD Buyline, and Assurance Senior at Ernst & Young. Thomas earned both a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Abilene Christian University.
