Chelsea Goral

Chelsea Goral is a strategic advisory group lead at Highwood Emissions Management since July 2021, specializing in emissions strategies and methane inventory measurement. Chelsea supports methane program implementation, including requirements for Veritas and OGMP 2. Prior to this, Chelsea served as an emissions analyst, assisting clients with regulatory compliance and securing grant funding for emissions reduction initiatives. Chelsea's experience includes being an environmental air advisor at Cenovus Energy from August 2011 to March 2021, where responsibilities included managing air emissions and water tracking databases and ensuring compliance reporting at both federal and provincial levels. Chelsea began their career as a practicum student at TransCanada in May 2011. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Royal Roads University and a diploma in Administrative Information Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
