Mohamed Arous is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, research, and advocacy across various international organizations. Currently serving in the Justice Innovation Lab & MEL at HiiL since January 2022, Arous was previously a Research Analyst at Aleph Strategies and a Project Manager for WeWorld Onlus focusing on rehabilitation and protection initiatives in Libya. With a strong background in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL), as well as strategic communications, Arous has held significant roles in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and served as the North Africa Regional Representative for the Advocacy Initiative for Development. Arous possesses advanced academic qualifications, including a Master's in Communications from the University of Sfax and certifications in strategy and leadership, further showcasing a commitment to education and community mobilization.
